NFS Shift 2 HD for iPad is an arcade racer made popular by its unique cockpit experience. While its a decent game, its definitely not the best racer out there. Available on the App Store for $3.99 Graphics: Not the best example of what graphics on an iPad can be. Not optimized for an iPad 2. C- Sound: The music is ok. The car engine sound effects sound too similar. C Gameplay: Very much an arcade racer, so dont expect tight handling. The sense of speed is ok. C- Replay Value: Be prepared to spend money via in app purchases unless you have a lot of time to accumulate cash from races. There are a good amount of game modes and vehicle upgrades do add to replay value. B- Overall (not an average): C-
