Like i said in the video, i have no idea how it was triggered but everytime i go there his door is locked...NOTE: I now know that theres a way to fix it if your experiencing this and would like it to stop. Pick the lock to get in the store, then pick the lock to the private quarters and it should be fixed then. I didnt figure this out though, it was told to me by teengohan7. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS GLITCH HERE: (ONLY FOR PS3): First and foremost, you need the Debilitate spell (Paralyze for 3 secs on Touch), or any other Paralyze spell for that matter. The Paralyze spells are Illusion magic and all of them require an Illusion skill of 50 (Journeyman). It can be touch or target it doesnt matter and as long as its more than 1 second of paralyization. You can buy the Debilitate spell from Ita in the Bravil Mages Guild basement at around 7 AM or so. I dont think youll be able to purchase this spell any...
