In this game, you get to play as 9 different karts/characters, two characters not from Madagascar. If you choose to be a Penguin, you will be playing as all four Penguins (Skipper, Private, Kowalski, and Rico). Though it would have been interesting to have each Penguin be an individual character rather than have them all as one character kart though. Still the game plays very well, its alot better than most budget Kart Racers though....
This game is so bad that no one else except IGN uploaded any decent screenshots, or even a video review for that matter, and from what I know, this is the the only video review on the web for this terrible game...

In the previous game, you played as Skipper and liberated the ship from sailors. In this game, the spotlight of playable character has been passed down to Private, and you get some support from Skipper, Kowalski and Rico.
