Special thanks to lordpsi99 of ZSR for mentioning that he used epona a while before he exited the game. Turned out that you have to exit the game while on epona. With that detail I discovered that it was possible to start a new file with an item on B. This is how you do it: 1. You put the item you want to have on your new file on B. 2. You mount onto a horse.
